Assistant Manager PMO -Strategic Initiatives
Job Purpose:
Steering the implementation of Organizational Strategic initiatives from programme management perspective
Job Responsibilities:- To monitor the strategic initiatives of the Organization by close coordination with the relevant stakeholders and ensuring they are aligned with the organization objectives
- To assist the Director PMO in development of Portfolio level dashboards
- To monitor the projects started as strategic initiatives of the company and making sure they are successfully completed and producing the desired benefits with better ROI
- To highlight and escalate issues timely to the Director PMO regarding strategic initiatives.
- To assist the Director PMO in identification of new opportunities to be taken up as Strategic Initiatives.
- To assist the Director PMO in connecting the goals of Organization to the identified Strategic initiatives and then to Project Portfolio
- Structuring and executing analyses to support actionable deliverable and developing components of presentations for communication with key stakeholders
