Job Description

Job Purpose:

Assist in managing regulatory compliance & reporting within the company, competition and regulator to meet the organization long and short term objectives/goals

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the line in ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authority, other relevant internal & external departments.
  • Assist in ensuring and pursuing timely regulatory payments through finance.
  • Ensure timely approvals from PTA.
  • PTA Complaint handling through portal and direct emails/letters etc.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with relevant authorities that the organizations interests are advanced.
  • Assist in implementation of SOPs and projects initiated by PTA
  • To work as primary interface to PTA, MOIT and other Govt Bodies
  • To ensure compliance of the licensing obligations
    • Ensure support for timely acquisitions & approvals for organization.
    • Ensure support for effective and proactive organizational regulatory compliance and approvals strategies.
    • Ensure realization of timely regulatory payments and reports through internal stake holders.
