Job Objective:

• Planning and controlling commercial budgets and management of marketing finance function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development, management and communication of commercial budgets and marketing finance function.
• Provide feedback in relation to the departments'expenses, revenue contributions and any potential variances in the budgeted costs.
• Responsible for communicating with management and cross functional departments about budget issues concerning commercial division.
• Perform variance analyses of the expenditures and revenue in relation to the budgeted figures based on historical and prospective financial and commercial information.
• Perform budget forecasting to help cpmmercial to manage budget for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly allocations and needs.
• Develops and implements processes, procedures and automated tools to provide the mechanism to prepare budgets and period outlook revisions especially instilling process of monthly rollover budgets.
• Analyzes marketing campaigns and marketing operations using financial modeling techniques to determine ROI and projected cash flows.
• Responsible for conducting pre and post marketing campaign analysis.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot marketing finance operations assisting entire commercial division to manage their respective budget.

-Exceptional finance centric analytical & presentation skills.
-Knowledge of computer and accounting systems, including forecasting models, costing templates, statistical packages and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, analyze and format data and reports.
-Demonstrated understanding of business concepts and a strategic view of integrating business goals and financial performance.
