Job Description
Job Purpose:
Implement the pertinent Assurance plans as scheduled by management vis--vis review existing & assist management in development of efficient processes and manage efficient reporting & re-visits for audit conformance.
Job Responsibilities:- Implement Network Assurance & Audit plans promulgated by management related to TELCO/non-TELCO
- Suggestions for improving existing processes & SOPs to achieve departmental efficiency in Internal Audit & Network Assurance with main focus on Standards & Cost control
- Assist management in Intra-departmental Network Assurance & reporting
- Coordination with internal/external departments for record keeping & data control.
- Audits and reviews the reliability and integrity of related reports.
- Prepares centralized audit reports containing data on records audited, test checks made, conclusions, exceptions taken, objections made by audited party, and proposed action
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and authenticity of site Audits & risk assessment reporting
- Grooming of Network Performance Assurance staff, knowledge sharing with key stakeholders/auditee & assist management in competence development plans.
Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Network Assurance, Audit & risk analysis
Sound knowledge of business assessment skills, including risk assessment & Opex control in telecom sector
