Job Description

Job Objective:

  • Prepare Business cases for New campaigns/initiatives
  • End of end management of BTL Campaigns
  • Customer Analysis & Segmentation
  • Reporting on Churn aspects

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan Below the Line SMS/Outbound Campaigns for Churn Prevention coordination with other departments for smooth execution/roll-out of campaigns
  • Target Segment Analysis
  • Business Case preparation
  • Coordinate with technical departments for execution
  • Manage campaign calendar/schedule
  • Campaign Communication (Broadcast / Reminders)
  • Campaign take-ups
  • Incentive Posting to customers
  • Complaint handling process development
2. Analysis of Customer segments for targeting
  • Analyze churning customers
  • Identify behaviors of churners
  • Identification/Segmentation of high churn potential customers
  • Devise action plan for target segment
3. Develop Business Case for targeting customers with appropriate campaigns
  • Cost-benefit analysis of pre/post campaigns
  • Bench mark campaigns based on previous results
  • Return on Investment of Campaigns
