Objectives:
Provide support in logical decision making for marketing business unit
Ensure performance of team is met in line with set responsibilities & KPIs
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise regular visibility of segment wise MoU, calls, active & inactive subscriber base, revenue per call, per subscriber and per MoU for segments to take calculated decisions.
Develop quarterly business plans with segments, products and all stake holders and monitor that all commercial teams activities are aligned with companys budget.
Evaluate competitor pricing tactics of monitoring network traffic trends, off net and market share of net additions. Assist in suggesting tactical pricing to segments to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor various traffic KPIs of industry to find opportunities of revenue enhancement in long run.
Lead the budgeting exercise from point of view of commercial KPIs (i.e. MoU, Calls revenue & 90 day active subs).
Assist in business planning and forecasting for commercial division.
Market share analysis and insight to asses strengths and weakness of Warid offers Vs competition.
Output/Deliverables:
Competitive pricing strategy for effective communication
Meeting the designated timelines with pricing projects
Presentation to commercial form regarding suggested industry trends & pricing.
