Job Description
Job Purpose:
Develop innovative web based automation application that assists business in performing its functions efficiently
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all intra/internet application development and related products
- Responsible for administration of Microsoft SharePoint Server
- Customizations and workflow development in Microsoft SharePoint Server
- Provide support for existing web applications as per agreed KPIs to internal/external users
- Liaison with business to get a sound understanding of business requirements
- Develop programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements
- Conduct user testing for developed/implemented software/portals
- Exploring latest web technologies and incorporate them in the existing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with best practices and ITIL standards
- Assist in preparing user guides, installation manuals etc. of the new services developed
- Involve in all phases of a projects SDLC
Sound knowledge of web programming, database design, MS .NET, SharePoint Server, J2EE (JAVA)
Should be able to move across multiple technologies
Sound Database concepts
Should have orientation with Operating System concepts
Passion for learning
Good interpersonal skills
Self motivated - Go Getter attitude
