Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide support to respective corporate team In all type of operational activities within the minimum TAT. ensuring effective inter departmental coordination for operational issues to achieve assigned sales & revenue targets .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational/Service support to KAMs for all system related activities.
  • Processing of new sales in TABS.
  • Coordination with C&C for waiver/limit processing and documentation.
  • To coordinate with other departments regarding all the operational issues and processing of the requests.
  • To generate reports on daily and monthly basis for the respective region.
  • Document clearance of all the activities according to the company policy.
  • Updation on all the discounts and KAM information in TABS
  • System Audit on monthly basis.

KEY KPIs:

  • Ensure processing all the activities within the give TATs.
  • Ensure timely submission of documentations to relevant departments as per defined SOP.
  • Ensure daily/monthly sales report generation with accuracy.
  • Ensure reconciliation of SIMs & MSISDNs and resolve discrepancy if any.
