Job Description
Job purpose:
Ensuring the timelines of BTS cell site (Projects) CME Completion in the region with optimum quality for monthly targeted sites as cleared for CME commencement.Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the use of team work spirit within the team and enhancing good coordination with other departments
- Ensuring a friendly and conducive environment for all the teammembers for their professional growth and learning
- Managing the Civil team in the region for maximum output with the available resources
- Streamlining the process of site build in the region and removal of bottle necks for monthly targets
- Ensure the timelines of the projects in the region
- Managing the vendors for all ongoing projects for qualitative and quantitative progress through progress review meetings
- Ensuring the completion of projects within approved budgets.Quality Control & Assurance of CME works in the region
- Managing the site sharing projects with other operators in region
- Preparation and submission of the required reports and the updates to National Manager
- Ensure application of team work spirit within the team and manage strong coordination with other departments
