Job Purpose:

Streamlining and managing stock allocation and number management

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock planning as per sales potential, available capacities and network performance analysis in coordination with the Sales Channels, PMO, Logistics and Engineering
• SIM allocation to all Sales Channels in coordination with management provided parameters and guidelines
• NDC planning in coordination with other departments including various Sales Channels, Engineering and GR
• Sales planning and forecasting for future expansion, in coordination with other departments including Engineering, IT and PMO
• Coordination with Engineering, Operations Support, Complaint Support, SMT, IT and Postpaid team on complaints raised by Sales Channels regarding coverage, number series MSISDN complaints and charging issues
• Stock Management and order placement for SIMs and Scratch Cards in coordination with Logistics and Procurement
• Managing Administration of Data Center
• Number Plan Management and execution
• Management of number's availability, reservation and allocation to all sale channels on daily basis
• Liaising with IT, CS Operation Support, Finance & QA in context of Number Management
• Maintaining number series in TABS as per PTA number plan & company policy
• Responsible for Calculating Employee Fix Commission on Monthly Basis
• Management Reporting for Recharge Secondary Sales Daily Basis
• Responsible for handling all Govt. body related queries (FIA, PTA etc)
• Management of number's availability, reservation and allocation to all sale channels on daily basis
• Liaising with IT, CS Operation Support, Finance & QA in context of Number Management
• Maintaining number series in TABS as per PTA number plan & company policy
• Maintaining Reports on Daily, Monthly and yearly basis for the Management
