Job Description
Objective:
Manage fuel analysis with regards pilferage and theft on nationwide sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely fuel usage analysis, pilferage analysis on nationwide basis.
- Coordinate with all regional Fueling teams for adhoc visits to sites, audits for pilferage sites and having a rigorous check on all fueling vendors.
- Provide recommendations to Exec O&M CP/ Bill Payments after due reconciliation for Fuel invoices with all vendors/ regions in a timely manner and follow up with all concerned in this regard.
- Have a follow up with all concerned on a regional level for taking proactive steps to check on fuel pilferage and theft on nationwide sites; escalating the issues the national management if required.
- Support NOC to update all fuel related data on a nationwide basis in order to get working and management level reports.
Output/Deliverable:
- Timely payments of all the fueling and security vendors within defined timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity of database and all reports.
