Objective:

Assist in financial and risk management of the company by using appropriate tools. Ensure the availability of all required key financial drivers and raise flags as and when required.

Main Responsibilities:

Economic Research and analysis of relevant macro & micro economic indicators

Maintain complete record & analysis of financial institutions rates (ask & bid) along with credit ratings

Ensure the completeness of documentation in relations to finance agreements

Cost benefit analysis of current and future prospects of hedging instruments

Monitor the foreign exchange and interest rate risks and raise flags

Prepare and ensure the completeness and accuracy of frequent reporting

Build relationship and liaison with offshore & onshore lenders / banks

Find new investment avenues for placement of Treasury funds

Money Market deposit placements, foreign exchange inward and outward remittances

Assisting in arranging Long and short term financing

Correspondence with State bank of Pakistan

Output/Deliverables

Economic research and forecasting of economic indicators

Completeness of all documentation

Raise flags in case of related risks

Timely execution of Markup payments

Relationship with the bankers

Use of MS-Office (Word and Excel)
