Job Purpose:

Develop & setup of Financial Services Solution at Trade level

Job Responsibilities:

• Protect Company market share by developing strategic alliances with partners on the platform in terms of Telecoms, Banks, High End Merchants/Retailers.
• Undertake extensive research study to gauge consumers needs in order to acquire new modern day customers and increase using of existing customers.
• Develop/Implement product marketing strategies & tactical plans including market segmentation, target market & Go to market plan in order to facilitate successful launch of products; including pricing/commissioning, product development/rollout.
• Develop comprehensive policy & procedures guide, process designs & operational manuals for the financial services and agent network.
• Develop strategic promotion and commission structure.
• Strategy & planning of VAS portfolio trade level; especially mobile commerce.
• Ensuring that the service/application meets all regulation both the Central Bank & Telecom Regulator.
• Make training plans & training of branchless banking agents.
• Close working with vendors/internal partners to outline &/or execute strategy or parts of strategy
• Building communication strategies in liaison with brands and advertising teams.

Strong command over Ms, Excel, Power point, Microsoft Word
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of statistical analysis (regression & correlation)
Good analytical and problem solving skills
