Objective:
Support Segment and Pricing Manager, in Campaign design, Analysis, and implementation and coordination with all concerned stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Development
- Concept discussion and ensure feasibility of new campaigns on system from relevant teams.
- Product paper development as per the approved concept from management.
- Liaison between commercial and all relevant stakeholders.
- To ensure that new product is developed as per the concept approved from management and touch points have the correct product knowledge.
- UATs and commercial launch of product
Reporting and Analysis
- Coordination with IT Teams for reporting requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly dash board for Management visibility of the segment which includes various KPI’s like ARPU, Revenue, Subscriber base etc.
- Pre & Post Launch Campaign reporting.
- Preparing presentations and reports to explain revenue movement in different packages.
- Pre & Post launch analysis of campaigns.
- Analyzing subscriber behavior and revenue trend and drawing inferences for management.
- Using social media tool to understand trends and market analysis.
Output/Deliverables
- Detailed analysis and recommendations of campaigns/products to help management make effective decision making
- Successful implementation of campaigns
- Timely and accurate reporting for various products
