Job Objective:

To take regular feedback from the business users and identify improvement opportunities in BI delivery and to ensure that all BI Applications are optimally utilized

Job Responsibilties:

• Responsible for ensuring BI Applications operations and optimal performance, Driving and supervising BI Applications Operations including campaign management solution.
• Provide Level-1 Support for all BI Applications to business users
• Responsible for consolidated campaign operations by ensuring accurate and optimal campaign execution and customer contact management
• Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement
• Tracking BI utilizations, carrying out BI audits to maximize BI utilization
• Assist in business planning and forecasting for commercial division
• Market share analysis and insight to assess strengths and weakness of Warid offers Vs competition
• Offer training and consultancy about BI tools and applications to business units
• Standardize terminology and measurement definitions by Selecting and managing the BI/EDWH system of the scorecard and ensuring data integrity
