Provide secretarial and administrative support for GM Commercials office
A good understanding of Divisions business activities
Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, presentations
Facilitate smooth communications between the GM and other executives, managers, and employees; and between the GM and external parties
Answer or redirect routine inquiries from internal or external sources
Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the GMs records and files
Maintain the GM's office records; monitor and review standard expenditures to ensure that the activities of the GM office are conducted within established budgets
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment
Provide full support to Divisions department in terms of tasks related to GM Commercials office
Manage the GMs appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time
Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that all related assigned activities are completed accurately and on time which may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls; drafting letters; arranging meetings; taking and distributing minutes.
Ensure efficient data and file management.
Efficient and effective administrative support.
Ensure full support to all Commercial departments in relation with GM Commercial office.
