Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for GM Commercials office
  • A good understanding of Divisions business activities
  • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, presentations
  • Facilitate smooth communications between the GM and other executives, managers, and employees; and between the GM and external parties
  • Answer or redirect routine inquiries from internal or external sources
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the GMs records and files
  • Maintain the GM's office records; monitor and review standard expenditures to ensure that the activities of the GM office are conducted within established budgets
  • Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment
  • Provide full support to Divisions department in terms of tasks related to GM Commercials office
  • Manage the GMs appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time
  • Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that all related assigned activities are completed accurately and on time which may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls; drafting letters; arranging meetings; taking and distributing minutes.

  • Ensure efficient data and file management.
  • Efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Ensure full support to all Commercial departments in relation with GM Commercial office.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
