Job Objective:
Assist in execution of Facilities maintenance related activities to ensure that the organization's facilities are maintained efficiently, reliably and economically.
Main Responsibilities:
· Coordination against ongoing and future Civil, Electrical & Interior Design Works.
· Ensure proper documentation Filing, Processing and activation of utility connections.
· Coordination on Repair & Maintenance works related to Interior Design, Civil works and Technical areas including processing of Quotations & Billing.
· Initiating and maintaining proper & safe Record Keeping of all documents relating to our works & company Assets.
· Responsible to coordinate with procurement for Vendor Payments, follow up with MIS/Finance/ procurement team for the issuance of purchase orders and early payments accordingly.
· Ensure the rental payments of premises are processed on time
