Job Purpose:

Providing comprehensive Cash & Bank management services in support of the company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising Cash & Bank Management Services of Company.
• Cash flow modeling including balance sheet unwinding and credit stretch
• Preparation of all reconciliation reports. Including daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliation with bank & cash book. Bridge the cash statement with P&L & balance sheet.
• Assisting in arranging and monitoring Cash & Bank Collection/payment Services including E-Banking Solution of the company and managing their roll out.
• Monitoring daily funds position to ensure their adequacy for optimum utilization of cash and bank resources.
• Preparing Monthly and Weekly Forecasts of the company.
• Preparation of movement summary and complete analysis of working capital
• Monitor and prepare short term funding requirement reports and raise flags accordingly
• Financial statement analysis, calculation of key rations and raise flags
• Money Market deposit placements, foreign exchange inward and outward remittances
• Correspondence & arrangement of required approvals from State bank of Pakistan
• Maintain complete record & analysis of financial institutions rates (ask & bid) along with credit ratings
• Liaison with banks and legal department for handling equity issuance, registration and transfer.
• Economic Research and analysis of relevant macro & micro economic indicators
