Job Purpose:

• Analyze CP rectification and highlight delays in rectification
• Analyze refueling data and highlight exact pilferage
• Develop and perform various checks ensure compliance

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily analysis of refueling data & commercial power (CP) rectification activities to highlight risk factors.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports regarding refueling activities in the region to ensure compliance benchmarks are achieved.
• Weekly analysis of refueling data to identify & calculate diesel pilferage and escalate to Security Company for response and final settlement and deduction.
• Analyze refueling emergency visits to establish either pilferage or planning or execution failure and escalation to concerns.
• Review CP bill payments report and compare it with the bench mark of per site CP usage.
• Track CP excessive billing and follow-up for correction. Highlight delays in CP rectification and CP bill payments.
• Keep a check on Vendors for prolong Commercial Power faults, habitual excessive billing & late bills delivery
• Assist Regional Manager Operational Support in reviewing the Security Companys response on calculated pilferage, final settlement/ recommendation on deductions.

Command on MS Excel and other database and analysis tools
Analytical & investigative skills with good written communication ability.
Understanding of ACs, Generators maintenance and commercial power rectification will be an added advantage
Strong MS Office Skills
