Job Description
Job Purpose:
Perform roaming tasks efficiently with proper use of technical and business knowledge, so that tasks are completed within KPIs with proper standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensures roaming operational tasks are completed within set KPIs and all processes required for roaming are working correctly.
- Perform IR operational tasks, including operators configuration and testing validation.
- Monitor and ensure smooth running of billing back-end processes including roaming rating, TAPIN/TAPOUT process and transfer of TAP files.
- Perform revenue reconciliation of TAPIN and TAPOUT with data clearing house and finance.
- Generation of monthly roaming reports.
- Providing support to other departments on Roaming related issues.
