Job Purpose:

• Generate Automated reports/analysis on scheduled Audits/Surveys.
• Develop dash-board applications for Audit review with categorized summary & risk analysis, highlighting opportunities for improvements (OFI).

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Audit teams & record keeping for Audits/Surveys as per schedule
• Suggestions for improving existing processes & automation to achieve departmental efficiency in internal Audit reporting for Telco/non-Telco conformance
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and authenticity of Audit reports
• Develop Automation tool for engineering Audits / Surveys and QA related reports to be extracted as per schedules to depict trending and progress of Audit with emphasis on "risk & control analysis"
• Work with the support of the IT development team for achieving a common data warehousing, analysis and reporting tool that can be used nationwide by all the concerned as per requirements, be it Audit engineers in field or Engineering management.
• Work towards merging various Audit reports & QA surveys / analysis in common tool for better efficiency & dash board review of Audits & QA
• Costs saving analysis as per OFI (opportunities for improvements) mentioned in weekly / monthly Audit reports
