Job Description

Job Purpose:

To insure the quality of services are provided to the IT with HIGH standards

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA methodology for IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain work plan – including budget and resource requirements – for quality assurance.
  • Leads the QA team to accomplish QA related project, schedule and scope commitments.
  • Meets or exceeds IT Management satisfaction by applying sound QA management practices.
  • Acts decisively on own authority when timely action is needed.
  • Provides training and support to QA team.
  • Identifies, manages and communicates risks defined by QA to the IT management
  • Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with all levels internal customers and their management.
  • Creates/improves a global structured QA process and methodology in line with project management methodology.
  • Monitors IT systems to ensure they follow policies and practices.
  • Evaluate technology, identify controls and keep records.
  • Ensures staff has a solid understanding of auditing procedures and necessary independence to conduct their own investigations.
  • Manages and compiles a vast array of data into a coherent report for the Management
  • Conducts and lead IT Audits
