Executive IT Retail Billing
Objectives:
Perform Prepaid billing operations like prepaid package creation and management
Performing prepaid bulk provision and SIM authentication
Processing and maintenance of Prepaid Vouchers/CDRs
Number Management
Main Responsibilities:
Perform Prepaid Billing Operations
Interact with Engineering and other departments for Prepaid CDR management and processing
Take care of SIM Authentication, Number management and Bulk provisioning etc
Creation of prepaid related reports required by the higher management
Resolution of Prepaid problems including rating, provisioning and End-user queries
Install and test new releases/patches
Co-ordinate with Postpaid billing team for optimization of the Billing operations

Required Skills--Working knowledge of Unix-based systems like Solaris, HP UNIX
--Working knowledge of Oracle database
--Hands-on experience in Query development using any reporting tool like TOAD etc
--Exposure to prepaid billing operations
--Exposure to IN and VOMS CDRs preferable
