Job Description

Job Purpose:

While ensuring value addition, develop and Implement an effective short and long-term employee and employer branding strategy supported by Employer value proposition and timely execution of HR communication plans and strategies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an effective outreach and engagement with all divisions at Warid Telecom for promotion of HR branding while also ensuring external exploration of all possible employee and employer branding avenues.
  • Support the Recruitment and Staffing domain in formulation of employee and employer branding strategy and ensure that all activities and initiatives pertaining to employee branding are initiated and completed on time.
  • Represent Warid Telecom as an employer of choice in the academia by planning and executing academia engagement branding initiatives to ensure that the branding strategies are implemented and executed in true letter and spirit.
  • Conceptualize and promote Warid Employer Brands foot print on social media while ensuring maximum branding and sourcing mileage out of the social medium. Develop a blog space and publish material on topics relating to internal branding and corporate social responsibility etc, leveraging companys digital footprint
  • Develop communication strategy and lead the creation, editorial planning, content development, layout and production of internal Newsletter, internal portal (intranet), career portal and human resource communications.
  • Develop and enable effective internal HR branding initiatives including but not limited to employee induction & orientation program, effective HR branding at Warid offices and also in terms of initiatives and communications that happen from time to time.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to conduct market surveys in order to gather feedback regarding the Warid Employer Brand.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of Communications initiatives, corporate events and campaigns to enable maximum leverage on internal & external HR branding.
  • Develop and lead on the delivery of effective communications plans and outputs for designated projects/activities in line with the HR Communication Strategy. Oversee development of HR related news releases, articles, editorials, publications and other written communications
  • Act as a point of contact for all divisions on the planning and execution of HR related communications and employee branding outputs to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency
