Job Purpose:
Lead, direct and implement all prime tasks pertaining to Business Center including activity reporting, staff motivation & schedule adherence, center ambiance, and management of routine operations within the defined key performance parameters and standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of effective& efficient Customer Relation Management in assigned Business Center
- Ensure implementation of CS processes & procedures at Business Center and provide support in formulation of the same
- To Observe and Coach staff members on customer handling skill gaps identified during observation
- To comply with all pre-defined Service Standards/KPIs assigned to the business center
- To provide accurate center activity reports to the management as assigned from time to time
- To provide feedback to supervisors on important issues/problems cited by the customer to ensure customer retention.
- To remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, product and value added services offered by the company
- Ensure proper behavior/discipline/grooming/punctuality at assigned Business Center as per the requirements and image of the company.
- Ensure provision of personalized services to high value customers visiting at Business Centers and develop rapport and strong relationship with all priority customers to build a long term association with the company for enhanced customer loyalty.
- Ensure that assigned Business Center is properly maintained administratively and resolve all the issues pertaining to Business Centre smooth functionality.
