Job Description
Job Objective:
Overall responsibility of a designated area to improve the sales and the relationship with the channel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly achievement for prepaid & postpaid.
- Achievement of scratch card/ezee LOAD targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Increase in retail penetration.
- Stock Management
- RSO management and ensuring their market visits.
- Overall franchise management , their receivable through franchise visits
- Improve visibility at retail level through POS deployment.
- Strong working knowledge about Telcom industry, trends, and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels

- Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel
