Job Description
Job Purpose:
Assist Regional Manager NOSS to have both regular and occasional updates on various ongoing activities of the region and subsequently help compiling and reporting the same for onward submission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Manager NOSS to liaison with National and Regional teams for various regular and occasional reports and analysis as required by management and consolidate such reports for onwards presentation to line management
- Liaison/ follow-ups with other departments i.e. Projects, Telco- Field Maintenance, Admin as well as other mobile operators (sharing sites) on NOSS related issues
- Abridge various functions operating nationwide for harmonized functioning.
- Assist for record keeping/documentation e.g. verified bills & invoices, approvals etc.
- Assist Regional Manager of NOSS to manage/ verify/process National and Regional staff travel, expense and miscellaneous requirements
