Objective:

Achieve rollout targets within specified timelines, with due emphasis on quality, thus ensuring that rollout is according to Warid approved standards.

Main Responsibilities:

· Conduct RFI of newly built sites as per Warid standards

· MCC (Minimum Criteria Checklist) of newly integrated sites before their commercial launch

· PAT ( Provisional Acceptance Test) of BTS sites, Transmission links and BSCs as per approved protocols

· PAC visits for RAN deliverables

· Inputs for updating weekly and monthly reports

· Provision of FDDs and SDDs to concerned parties

· Proposing implement-able solutions for RFI dependencies

· BOQ verification for ODM, IBS, BTS and associated microwave equipment

· Coordination with vendors/ sub-cons for projected and un-projected RAN deliverables

· Update PAT tracker

· Floating current rollout summaries to various Warid offices on weekly basis

Output/Deliverables:

· Perform RFI, PAT, MCC and PAC as per approved protocols

· Supervising TXN rollout tasks including PTT E1 surrendering to save OPEX

· Submission of complete PARs on time

· Effective coordination with line and vendors to achieve rollout targets on time

· Ensure that RAN deliverables are according to approved Warid standards

Knowledge of GSM
