Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure all sales & distribution targets, stock rationalization, and sales execution for all sales channels in line with company objectives
Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of scratch card/ezeeLOAD/payphone targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
- Retail Penetration targets (will Change from time to time) of baseline of Retail Universe for the region on a monthly basis
- Availability of POS material/Marketing Collateral in the registered retail outlets of region
- At least one visit to all franchises of the region every month
- Achievement of Sales Targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for prepaid and postpaid
Strong working knowledge about Telecom industry, trends
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and management skills
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence
