Job Description

Job Purpose:

To play an effective and result oriented role in the deployment of HR Services within the region ensuring that the HR Service promise is delivered to all internal customers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate the on boarding procedure for all new joiners whereby ensuring related activities are performed by stakeholders within assigned SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Conduct induction briefing session for all new joiners ensuring a positive induction experience and address related queries at the time of joining and assist them with a smooth transition to the company.
  • Participate in the new joiner orientation session and educate employees regarding the scope of HR Services and the HR Service promise and respond to functional queries/concerns
  • Assist in organizing and planning employee engagement initiatives whilst providing creative input and ensuring operational excellence
  • Educate employees on the utilization of the central mechanism for routing queries (HRHD) and ensure service oriented approach is maintained whereby employee queries are responded and resolved within established timelines
  • Reporting & Analysis statistics to be maintained and updated on a monthly basis for management review and highlight related red flag areas for necessary action
  • Prepare monthly payroll elements for the regional payroll with complete accuracy and validation of data inputs.
  • Initiate employee feedback surveys and consolidate related findings for management review and related considerations.
  • Undertake functional projects as and when assigned with an emphasis on delivering quality as well as completion within defined timelines.
  • Initiate employee exit management procedure and monitor/track progress of the workflow whereby agreed service levels are to be maintained and coordinate with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
