Job Description
Job Purpose:
Monitoring, implementation and escalation of all IT services provided by E-Systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing shift operations for business and operational systems
- Escalation of alerts for abnormal behavior of systems, services and storage
- Monitoring data backup services
- Performing initial level of troubleshooting, gathering facts, escalating to concerned seniors and coordinating with vendors
- Assisting in deployment of new business requirements
- Auditing of the systems and services logs
- Monitor health availability of the systems , services and storage as per the KPIs
- Follow operations and maintenance procedures for IT environment
- Coordination with vendors for deployment and troubleshooting
--Knowledge of services administration of mission critical applications
--Knowledge of services over Solaris, Unix, Linux and Microsoft like Web, Mail, DNS, NTP, FTP, NMS, LDAP and Syslog
--Capable of performing independently and meeting high paced learning process
