Executive IT IR Billing
Objective:
Perform roaming tasks efficiently with proper use of technical and business knowledge, so that tasks are completed within KPIs with proper standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensures roaming operational tasks are completed within set KPIs and all processes required for roaming are working correctly.
Perform IR operational tasks, including operators configuration and testing validation.
Monitor and ensure smooth running of billing back-end processes including roaming rating, TAPIN/TAPOUT process and transfer of TAP files.
Perform revenue reconciliation of TAPIN and TAPOUT with data clearing house and finance.
Generation of monthly roaming reports.
Providing support to other departments on Roaming related issues.
