Manage management of non-telco O&M of Warid network through vendor management and audits performed on sites ensuring a smooth operation of the Warid network.
Take complete and end-to-end ownership for non-telco O&M of Warid network ensuring availability of Warid network as per defined KPIs at all times (Network availability as per defined KPIs for all P1, P2 and P3 sites.
Manage all operational support tasks, directly or indirectly through vendors, including but not limited to fueling, site security, genset and A/C O&M, general site upkeep for all BTS and MSCs.
Develop and implement SOPs with all vendors and internally with all engineering and non-engineering team stake holders for effective O&M of all sites
Develop and implement SOPs externally with Engineering Solutions team so as to have feedback on various O&M activities and internally have an effective check and balance system for all activities under O&M domain.
Ensure measures for cost control and cost reduction in different areas of Operations Support services O&M thus achieve the reduction in OPEX costs for the network.
Ensuring a good reporting mechanism for regular progress/ feedback to all relevant stakeholders. To follow up progress on various on-going tasks with vendor management and internally report regular progress.
Ensure network availability through regular O&M of sites as per defined KPIs
Ensure smooth running of sites with effective liaison with SIA and CP/fuel team Bring in the measures for checking Commercial Power/ Fuel Pilferage and theft at the lowest acceptable levelsRequired Skills
