Develop alternative sales channel architecture in line with effective Retail management & Distribution concepts, develop key health indicators and Sales & channel capability building guidelines.
Cater to the emerging channels in Pakistani retail scenario like local/Int’l modern trade / chain stores etc.
Design customized channels commission structures and monthly trade incentive schemes to support delivery of monthly and annual sale targets.
Support trade marketing/visibility efforts to maximize visibility at customer touch points.
Trigger consumer convenience by developing footprint of company’s complete bandwidth of products
Analyze the behavior of customers and channel visibility and make customers and channels more aware of products.
Ensuring channel presence in newly covered areas as well as areas where channel is weak and making sure that channel development / expansion is in line with segmentation and network expansion strategy
Developing plans to increase market share with customer accounts, working in close coordination with the trade marketing & marketing departments.
Ensure full integration of Customer Plans with Brand Innovation & Marketing Plans.
