• Implement Micro-segmentation strategy & roadmap and align it with organizational KPIs
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer value management along with revenue responsibility of CVM’s contribution to the company
• Promote the utilization of Micro-segmentation as a strategic tool for retention and ARPU enhancement.
• Responsible for the management /Enhancement of Post-Promo Campaign analysis for clearer accessibility to performances of campaigns
• Manage & Improve processes for monitoring of the retention and revenue campaigns for gauging effectiveness of initiatives.
• Ensure end to end smooth design / implementation of the campaigns as per plan.
• Engage in formation/improvement of churn prediction, SNA and behavioral segmentation to yield better campaign results.
• Carrying out end to end BTL operations in coordination with all stake holders
• Ensure proper tracking / reporting of campaigns and budgets.
• Ensure post campaign analysis is done to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
• Ensure development/improvement in systems and processes for campaign implementation and ensure that they are followed.
• Introduce internal audits to ensure quality in implementation
• Extract and formulate data from DB systems for campaign analysis.
• Being able to generate business value from real-time triggers and configure them
