Work with the Recruitment Manager to manage the hiring requirements
Advertise positions on all relevant job portals
Actively work on reducing the recruitment timelines to ensure that staff are hired when needed
Proactively searches for new channels or solutions for potential candidates
Perform marketing activities for recruitment (e.g. Job fairs, marketing material preparation etc.)
Do preliminary telephonic screening and ensure the availability of necessary documentation
Responsible for conducting pre-employment assessments.
Ability to successfully work independently

Must be a team player and actively network with peers to leverage quality of contribution to organization.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong communication skills (oral and written) are essential
