Internship ProgramWarid runs its internship program throughout the year whereby we accept applications for "Project-Based" internships which is an excellent opportunity for current students and fresh graduates to work in a stimulating environment that will foster your creativity and push you to take initiatives.

Our internship program is focused on developing the professional skills of the individuals by providing them with thorough exposure in their area of interest. Interns at Warid get to experience a journey filled with critical scenarios to enhance their decision making skills, team-based projects to polish the team-management ability and targets that discover the emerging leadership abilities in them. The program is designed in such a way that you are given significant tasks that add value to an ongoing project whereby at the end of

Your CV is the very first medium of interaction with the recruiter, hence it is of critical importance. You should make sure that they you are applying for a relevant position. Read and understand the Job Description and evaluate yourself against the requirements in terms of capabilities as well as experience. It is also a good idea to edit your CV according to the position you are applying to by structuring the content in a way that draws more attention to those of your capabilities and skills that are most relevant to the job description.

Make an impression
When you appear for an interview, you are being analysed for all your actions from entering the office till the time you leave. The body language and gestures help the recruiter understand your personality. This is the time you can convince the recruiter about your capabilities. Therefore make sure to make an impression that lasts forever.
Honesty is the key
You should be completely aware of the points that are mentioned in your CV as half of the interviews consist of discussion regarding your past experiences. Your CV must not have any such thing that is not true because you will not be able to justify it in your interview. Therefore have confidence in your abilities and do not try to deceive the recruiter, since nothing can be more precious for an organization than an honest employee.
Be confident
During the interview, make sure to have eye contact with the panel members while answering their questions. This shows the confidence level of the candidate and the recruiter gets to know the communication style of the candidate as well. This is the time to make the recruiter believe what makes you a better candidate as compared to the others. Gestures such as leg shaking, finger tapping and shaky voice are a clear evidence that the candidate has lack of confidence and it leads to losing of points. At the end of interview, the candidates are given a chance to ask questions from the recruitment panel. This is the time you should ask all the questions that you have been keeping in mind. These questions could be about the organization, the position or the tasks but preferably open-ended. Not to forget you are still being judged on the basis of these questions, be prepared for the right ones.
Points to remember
It is very important that for you to thinks from the recruiter's perspective and try to identify the recruiter's needs. If you are able to sell yourself well and come up to the expected needs of the recruiter, you shall have a higher chance of getting shortlisted. Enthusiasm and positivity are very important. Make sure to make a good first impression.
Post-Interview Tips
Wait patiently for the time that has been communicated to you regarding shortlisting. In case you do not get a response, do not be disheartened. Instead,look at it as a learning opportunity and try to identify the gaps and areas that you need to work on.
